By-coco facilitates international shipping to most countries with packages dispatched under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) system. This means that recipients are responsible for settling any inbound duties, taxes, and customs fees. Below, you'll find a breakdown of our courier partners, estimated delivery timeframes.

Please be aware that international shipping may entail longer transit times compared to domestic shipping. Additionally, tracking updates on courier websites may take 1-4 days to accurately reflect the status of your shipment. Vacation Considerations
If you plan to be away and are concerned about receiving your package on time, please contact us before placing your order. Typically, packages are delivered within 5 to 8 business days. However, during busy weekends and holiday periods, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please note that once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Be meticulous when entering your information at checkout. Incorrect address submissions will incur a re-shipment fee of 7 Pounds, payable by the customer. Ensure all details are correct to avoid additional costs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted on the same day of the order until 10:00 PM. After this time, the package is considered shipped, and we cannot halt delivery. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled, and refunds are not issued.
Not at Home - What Should You Do?
If you are not at home to receive your package and have received an email or note indicating a missed delivery, it's important to take action quickly. Here’s what you can do:

Contact the Shipping Company Directly: Since your name and other personal details are associated with the package, we are unable to contact the shipping company on your behalf. It is crucial that you get in touch with them as soon as possible to arrange a pickup or redelivery.

Tracking Your Package: You will always receive a tracking number from us via email. It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery status of your package. If you encounter any issues or if something is unclear, please contact us by email. We are here to help! Additionally, remember to check your junk or spam folders as sometimes communications from shipping companies might end up there.

Limited Delivery Attempts: Some carriers may only attempt to deliver your package once before transferring it to a local parcel shop due to logistical constraints. It is advised to be vigilant and arrange to pick up your package from the parcel shop promptly to avoid any complications.

Accepting the Package: If you choose not to accept the package upon delivery, you will forfeit the right to return it and receive a refund. To receive a refund, you must accept the package and then return it to us in accordance with our return policy.
