Not completely satisfied with your order? And do you want to return your order for a refund? Simply send an email to support@by-coco.co with your order number and the reason for the return. After you have contacted us and sent the reason for the return via email, we will send the return form and further details.

You can return products up to 14 days after receipt. The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense.

Indicate within 14 days of receipt that you want to return the package, and we will then send you a return form and you must return the package within 7 days of receiving the return form. If you fail to do this, the right to return is forfeited, and you can no longer return the package.

The purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which the order was placed within 1 to 4 working days after receipt of the returned products. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unworn and undamaged in the original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility that the package is received in good order and that the customer can prove the return shipment with a shipping receipt if necessary. The shipping costs of returning are at your own expense.

Send a photo of your receipt + tracking number to us after returning.

We are located in China. The return costs vary per product, size, or weight. Therefore, first inquire with your local carrier such as PostNL what the rates are. If you do not want to wait for this, we can also find a middle ground.

Please note! Return shipments without the return form will not be processed & the address on the package is NOT a return address, so do not send packages back to this address.

There are a number of products that cannot be returned:

• Bras
• Underwear
• Makeup
• Hair care products
• Shapewear
• Used electronic hair appliances

Products that are not in the original packaging cannot be returned. Products that have been used cannot be returned either!

What if I don't pick up the package?

Not picking up packages does not automatically entitle you to a refund. You are responsible for picking up your packages and accepting them, only then can they be returned if you wish.

May I refuse the package?

If you do not accept the package at the door, the right to return and refund of the purchase amount is also forfeited. You must accept the package and send it back to us if you want to get the purchase amount refunded.

When will you get the purchase amount of the returned item refunded?

As soon as we have received the product in the original packaging, unused and undamaged, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 1 to 4 working days.

ByCoco reserves the right to refuse returned products if it turns out they have been worn or have not been returned within the stipulated period.

WARRANTY

Electronic products do NOT have a warranty.
